- Your fruits are pressed and pasteurized in a bag-in-box. We handle all quantities over 150kgs. Your own apple juice guaranteed - no mixing with other lots.
- Fresh-pressed juice for cider, raisinée, vinegar and goat's cheese.
- Pressing whole fruit for distillation: apple, pears and quince.

How to find us
Exit the autoroute at Nyon, direction St. Cergue/Jura. At the first round-a-bout turn left passing past the Signy shopping centre and continue in the direction of the village of Signy. Go 50 metres past the auberge and its parking place. On your left is a grange with a large red apple on the façade: we are there!
